Nutrimost Diet Phase 2 Days 3-7

This first week so far has had a few minor rough patches with hunger, but for the most part, it's been pretty easy thus far. I haven't really tried any of the recipes at this point and have stuck with simplicity of each food by itself. I have been using My Fitness Pal to track my calories. This has been a HUGE help! I entered the list of foods that I am allowed to have and their calories based on what is stated in my manual. Then each day, I just have to weigh my food, enter the amount of each food selection into My Fitness Pal Diary and it adds up my total calories for me. Huge time saver!!

The following are my stats so far:
Day 2: Weigh In 171.6 (I actually weighed 175 at the facility with clothes, but for consistency I am weighing myself without clothes at home)
Measurements:
Hips (one inch below belly button): 42.5 "
Waist: 36.5"
Arms: 12.75"
Under Bust: 34"
Bust: 39"
Thighs: 25.5"
Calf: 15"

Body Fat: 42.1%
Body Water:41.2
Each week I get my body composition analysis checked at the facility to make sure that I am gaining water weight and my weight loss is not accounted for by that.

Day 3: Weigh In 169.0
Day 4: 165.6 (Whew!! It certainly is motivating when the pounds just melt off like this!)
Day 5: 165.8 (Hmmmmm, I wore the recommended brand of make up this day... Coincidence?)
Day 6: 165.0
Day 7: 163.8

Tomorrow I will go in to get my body composition checked!

Nutrimost Phase 2- Reduce phase Day 2

Today starts a very low calorie diet VLCD, not sure how this will affect me, but here goes nothing!
I can't say I didn't have any hunger at all, but it wasn't really unbearable at this point. I'm trying to eat very simple as I have to follow the meal plan of 2 protein choices, 2 vegetable choices, and 2 fruit choices sticking between 550-650 calories per day.

Today I had a lean steak, cucumber, and apple for lunch. Halibut, asparagus and orange for dinner. I can't eat the same two meats that day or the day before/after. I also must have two different fruits and two different vegetables each day. Never eating them together. This is so that my body is unable to adjust to what I am eating and keep me in the fat burning zone.

The first week I drink what I normally would in ounces for water until I get my hydration level checked with 24 ounces that have hormonal/energy drops and detox drops with nutrimost resonant frequencies. I must sip on this all day. I am also taking special weight loss drops three times a day also with a specialized formula of nutrimost resonant frequencies specific for me and my body's needs.

In addition to all of this, the nutrimost scan determined specific affirmations my body prefers to be read out loud every day. I think this helped me get through the day today!!

So far so good for day 1! Hopefully some weight loss tomorrow!

Nutrimost Diet Phase 1-Ready Phase

The first day of the Nutrimost diet, consists of loading up on healthy fats. It's called the ready phase- a loading day. I ate my heart's content of food also including nuts, avocado, olives, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I also had what should be the last real soda pop ever...

Everything good so far! I took some selfie photos and measured all parts of my body. Tomorrow brings phase 2 - reduce phase. This consists of taking weight loss drops 3 X a day, drinking a special water mixed with nutrimost resonant frequencies to help detox and balance hormones. Bring on the weight loss!!

Weightloss challenges

Having three children does not help someone in their thirties lose weight easily. I've always been somewhat thin, but never that toned model type by any means. I've always felt most comfortable in a one piece bathing suit or "tanktini." I have never really understood why my body holds onto fat in certain areas (mostly my belly) that I have always desperately tried to lose. No matter how low my weight has gotten, my belly has always stuck around despite being well within desired body fat % and BMI. Perhaps three C-sections don't help either...

In the past I have tried weight watchers, south beach diet, gluten free diet, the two day diet, zone diet and simply just trying to eat healthy. These have all helped me to some degree achieve a certain weight, but never to be really at a weight or state of health I could maintain.

This past summer really took it's toll on me. I already have a thyroid condition that alters my hormones extensively, but after being gluten free for approximately 2 months and then going back off gluten, I quickly gained 25 lbs. I had also broken my toe in the spring, which took FOREVER to heal. I considered going back off gluten, but by this point I was stuck in a rut. I couldn't get myself to do hardly any healthy eating, with way more fast food than I would prefer (I tried to stick to Subway when possible).

I was starting to really just feel sick about myself and realized with the holidays quickly approaching, I was in for some disastrous results if I didn't do something drastic. Then suddenly I was driving down the highway with my husband and saw a sign that said.. "20-45+ lbs in 40 days guaranteed" At first I thought.. REALLY!?!

But something urged me to at least check the website out and call. I have to say I was very intrigued by the information I received. A program that detoxes the body, balances hormones, and eliminates cravings. That's EXACTLY what I need!! My endocrinologist had just recently prescribed Metformin, because at this point my blood sugars were low and my insulin high. I couldn't control my cravings whenever my blood sugar was low only resulting in the same wicked cycle over and over again.

So, I went to a presentation given by a Dr. and new immediately this was what I wanted to do. It also helped that the program is semi Christian based speaking of how God typically uses 40 days to make transformations. I began to pray about the decision since the program is not exactly cheap.

The following Sunday at a woman's day out with some friends, my neighbor started talking about her stepfather doing the same program and losing 35 lbs. She said he seemed pretty happy with it. I took this as God directly speaking to me after me prayer request. I decided this was the sign I am ready to begin my 40 day journey to health. Then, just to add to my transformation I would  reread The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren, which consists of 40 days of readings.

And so it goes my journey for better living....
